The design team faced a complex challenge: merging two plots of land with varying elevations and navigating building restrictions due to an underground metro route. Despite these obstacles, X Architecture and Engineering Consult has crafted a cohesive and orderly space that seamlessly integrates into the existing urban fabric. The semi-private triangular courtyard at the heart of the development serves as a communal nexus, fostering a sense of community while providing a tranquil retreat from the city's hustle and bustle.

One Floreasca Vista's facade is a masterpiece of boutique architectural expression, reflecting the lakeside's natural beauty through a harmonious blend of textures and materials. The project spans approximately 3440 sqm, with a built-up surface of 13676 sqm, including a semi-basement for parking and technical spaces. The strategic orientation of the apartments maximizes the serene views of the lake and park, while top-floor duplexes enjoy exclusive access to a private leisure area on the building's terrace.

The design team, including Lemon Interior Design, Incona, Com-Tid Engineering, Urban Trafic, Top Pavaj, Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos, and X Architecture & Engineering Consult Glassrom, has meticulously crafted each element of One Floreasca Vista to ensure a bespoke living experience. The project's realization technology emphasizes custom details and high-quality finishes, setting it apart as a landmark of architectural excellence.
